CareStrand website and prototype terms

These terms apply to your use of the CareStrand public website and synthetic demonstration. CareStrand is being developed by OriginAI Ltd.
Prototype only
CareStrand is currently a product prototype and demonstration. It is not a production clinical system, an authoritative health record, a medical device, a diagnostic service or a substitute for professional clinical judgement.
No real patient information
You must not enter, upload or transmit real patient information, health identifiers, confidential clinical documents, production credentials, access tokens or copied clinical-system sessions into the public website or synthetic workspace.
No clinical reliance
All patients, records, results, alerts, actions and AI outputs shown in the demonstration are fictional or synthetic. They must not be used to make a decision about a real person or to provide care.
Permitted use
You may use the website and prototype to evaluate the concept, understand the product, discuss a potential pilot or partnership, and provide feedback. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, extract credentials, reverse engineer protected components, or use the product unlawfully.
Stakeholder accounts and access
Stakeholder demonstration accounts are personal to the approved user. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password secure, use the account only for the synthetic demonstration and not share access with another person. CareStrand may require email verification and manual approval, assign a recommended walkthrough, limit the duration of access, refuse a request, suspend or revoke access, and retain an audit record of those actions.
Approval to view the demonstration does not grant access to WordPress administration, source-system credentials, production data, live integrations or any clinical service. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another stakeholder account, introduce malicious content or use the demonstration for clinical care.
Availability and changes
The prototype may change, be unavailable, contain incomplete features or be withdrawn without notice. Screens, integrations, workflows and future plans are illustrative and do not create a commitment to deliver a particular feature or date.
External systems and names
References to healthcare systems, standards and third-party applications explain intended interoperability patterns. Unless expressly agreed in writing, they do not imply endorsement, partnership, certification or a live integration.
Intellectual property
CareStrand, its branding, product design, content and software are owned by OriginAI Ltd or its licensors. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights to you.
Feedback
You may provide feedback and suggestions. We may use non-confidential feedback to improve CareStrand without an obligation to compensate you, while respecting any separate written confidentiality agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and prototype are provided for evaluation on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled as described in the CareStrand privacy notice.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
